I would try a new instance either from the Skyrim SE Nexus page or github. You probably have done this already, but give this another try. MO will see any ESP or ESM installed in the games data folder and it will appear as a Non- MO mod. If a program run from MO can't see the mods then the VFS is not working. When you press run MO presents the mods to the game or any other executable run from MO. The installed mods in MO are in their own mods folder. I'd imagine if i did i'd be able to the all the mod plugins, just none of the core game plugins. With that said, can I edit Loot.ini and force a path to "C:\Fallout 4 directory", or is it supposed to detect the mod plugins in " D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\data". I will try it, thank you for the solution, I appreciate it.Edit: I assume the virtual file system is supposed to put Mod plugins inside of the games data folder without them actually being saved there.

Anywho, I looked at that before while running the game, none of them had asterisks, nothing said anything about that. accidentally deleted a bunch of stuff, NMM related, gotta redownload some things. If they all have asterisks though then it is another problem, sorry.

Beth changed how this works because of the Survival Mode addition. esp at the end must have an asterisk at the beginning now, in order to work.įor example, your Desert Eagle mod probably has an esp that looks like:Īdding the asterisk (*) at the beginning of each one should activate them in game. Then at the top of that window where it says Roaming, click the Appdata to the left, then the Local folder, then Fallout4)Īnyway, any of your mods with. (if you can't see this folder, then hold RUN / Window key and press R, should bring up the run box, and type %appdata% - yes, including % signs. It will not even register the fact I have the mods in the data folder, and enabled. I've even tried installing some mods manually, absolutely nothing is working. I just bought this game yesterday, what am I even missing? I've added the command line to Fallout4.ini, I've created Fallout4custom.ini, added the lines I was supposed to there, and I've installed everything with NMM. Whenever I try to find them with the help command, it just freezes for a few seconds, and comes back with zero results, or a million NPCs/objects with the same key phrase.

I cannot find them in any vendor, I cannot go to their locations and find them, nor can I obtain them with console. I've tried The Classic Sniper Rifle Mod, Any Mod Any Weapon, Desert Eagle, the Space Marine Power Armor mod, and the Craftable Legendaries mod, none of them will even be detected by the game. I've followed the steps of the installation guide for this game, yet no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mod I put on, will work.
